How do I get started? Can my friends do it with me?
We recommend you bring a couple of friends for maximum fun!
Also print out the workouts(New ones will be posted every two weeks for you automatically). Then familiarize yourself with the circuits before starting. Keep the video archive up so that you can refer to it at any time. Take everything one step at a time and enjoy! (IMPORTANT NOTE- these are NOT follow-along videos. Will I really need to eat carbs?
The short answer is yes. You'll be depleting glycogen and will need to refuel your muscles. This will actually help you become MORE TONED. Eat carbs guilt-free, feel good about it :)

Please print them out and familiarize yourself with the exercises and circuits before starting. It will help so much.

What if I don't have the tools used in the videos?
The nice thing about this program is that it is adaptable to the tools that are in your home. There's always a way to find simple alternatives. No dumbbell? Use a cookbook or a full backpack!

What if I don't understand the exercise?
No worries, we were careful to take this rocket science and make it easy. On top of that, we have short videos and photos showing how to perform each exercise. Otherwise, please email us for support. BUT! These are not follow-along videos. They are instructional.

What if this is too hard for me? Can I shorten the time?
You can alter the workout to be less challenging or more challenging by changing weights and replacing the more difficult exercises with alternatives. But no matter what, keep going because you're on track to carve out the physique you have always wanted!
You can shave off a few sets to save on time. Or you can shorten the rest period to trim the total time down to that 30 minute zone. -
What if I fall behind? How long do workouts take?
You can take this at your own pace. Go day by day. Each of the workouts could go by as fast as 30 minutes or take them at your leisure and use up a whole hour. Do your best and your best will get better! Even if you take extra time, you'll be getting incredible benefits.
